[Food-india] What's your cooking philosophy?
[MR] Cooking for me is a great outlet, where I can blend simple ingredients into something delicious and healthy. It is also a place where the whole family comes together around warmth of the kitchen.
[Food-india] How did you get started blogging about Indian food?
[MR] I used to read a lot of blogs and started to identify with them. I also wanted to share some of my recipes and this led to me starting the blog.
[Food-india] What do you hope people get out of your blog posts?
[MR] The biggest reason for me to blog is to start a collection of dishes that I have eaten, cooked or seen. I hope down the line, my kids could use them as reference. I wish that my older generation had some written account of recipes like blogs today to keep those older recipes alive.
