Combine
flour, salt & pepper. |

Rub meat in the seasoned
flour from step 1. |

Heat meat until brown
in oil, sprinkle any remaining
seasoned flour over lamb. |

onion. |

Cover tightly and
cook slowly for 45 minutes. |
