cup dried coconut (grated)
1 teaspoon urad dal
3 chilies (change quantity to desired
degree of hotness)
2 tablespoons tamarind paste
1 teaspoon plain yogurt
1 tablespoon oil
salt to taste

oil in medium heat.

urad dal until coconut is light
golden.
