Roti, Puri and Naan
2 cups all purpose flour 1 cup lukewarm water 1 pinch of salt
Oil for deep frying
Knead flour with water into slightly sticky dough.
Per Serving
Add a pinch of one or any combination of the following to the dough according to your preference.
