Plain Lassi (Yogurt Smoothie or Shake)
 Ingredients

2 cups yogurt
1 cup water
8 tablespoon sugar (or according to your choice)

 Preparation
1 Pour a cup of water with yogurt.
2 Add sugar.
3 Beat/churn yogurt till it becomes smooth (till it is frothy).
4 Serve chilled.
